Last Updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between ClearPath Credit Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Client" or "you"). By accessing our services or website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

ClearPath Credit Solutions LLC provides credit repair services, including manual forensic analysis of credit reports and the preparation of dispute correspondence. We do not guarantee specific results, such as the removal of accurate and verifiable information from your credit report, as results depend on various factors, including the actions of credit bureaus and creditors.

2. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information to the Company. You authorize us to act as your representative in communicating with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies regarding your credit file. You agree to maintain active communication with us and provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

3. Right to Decline or Terminate

ClearPath Credit Solutions LLC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:

Decline service to any prospective client for any reason.

Terminate an ongoing service agreement immediately if we determine that the professional relationship has become untenable, if there is a breakdown in communication, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect our business operations.

In the event of termination by the Company, any pro-rated refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy or as required by applicable state law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearPath Credit Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company for the specific services rendered.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Newark, New Jersey, or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Essex County, New Jersey.

6. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that credit repair is a process that involves third parties (credit bureaus and creditors) over whom ClearPath Credit Solutions LLC has no control. We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the timeline or success of credit score improvement or information removal.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
